Name that song and you win.
I have a friend, Brooke, who is offically my idol. She is so funny, smart, pretty, kind, strong, and every single guy in her ward loves her. How did she become this way? Let me tell you.
She was born in Falls Church, Virginia on a wintery October morning and attended an elementary school where the first half of the day was taught in English and the other half was taught in Japanese. Therefore, my friend Brooke can speak English and Japanese, two of the hardest languages on the planet. Yeah, smart. And her major is Clinical Laboratory Science. Yeah, even smarter.
I can attribute nearly every status of mine on Facebook for the past month to her. She has the greatest one liners at work...ever. For example, "I need something to sooz my throat" or even "You're in rare form today." Seriously, just talk with Brooke for five minutes and you'll be laughing the rest of the day.
Brooke is also my new running buddy. We've decided to run a half-marathon this fall together, which means she'll be the one getting my lazy bum into shape by making me run with her after work this summer. If it weren't for Brooke, I would surely die an early death due to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
Brooke is my soulmate, my other half, and my idol (as stated before). Without her, I would be lost. Without her, I would be incomplete. Without her, I would have no reason to be here.
